ORDERS & SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout once the shipping address is entered.

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at info@iagthelabel.com. We will do our best to assist you if the order has not yet been shipped.

    Once an order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to make any changes. In this case, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

  • Orders can only be cancelled if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@iagthelabel.com, and only if the order has not yet been shipped.

    Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to wait for the order to be delivered and then request a return in accordance with our Returns Policy.

    Return shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes, or fees incurred, are the responsibility of the customer.

    Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund.

    If the item shows any signs of wear, damage, stains, or alteration, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or no refund at all.

  • We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping availability and rates may vary depending on your region.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Yes. Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

    The amount charged depends on the destination country and local regulations.

Returns & Refunds

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.

  • We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item and the issue is our responsibility, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

    When contacting us, please include:

    • Your order number

    • The name under which the order was placed

    • Clear photos showing the damage or issue

    This information will allow us to review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

  • To ensure proper care, please refer to the individual care label on each product.

    Swimwear: Rinse in cold water, hand wash only, and dry in the shade.

    Resort wear: Dry clean only.
